Photo booths, 360 video, and keepsakes for your Central Texas holiday celebration

The venue is booked. The menu is coming together. You have a playlist, a head count, and a growing list of things to confirm. Now picture the party itself. What will guests do between arriving, eating, and heading home?

That part deserves a place on your planning list, too. A holiday photo booth or interactive video experience gives people a reason to gather, laugh, and make something together.

Start with the people on your guest list

Think about how your guests like to celebrate. Will coworkers want a polished group photo? Do you have a crowd that enjoys performing for the camera? Are you bringing together people who may be meeting for the first time?

A photo booth can bring colleagues together for a quick group picture. A 360 Video Booth gives guests room for movement and personality. A roaming experience can meet people around the celebration.

Give your company party its own look

At the GoMedigap holiday party, casino graphics, festive props, and branded photo layouts brought the celebration into the finished images. The magazine cover design offered another way to make a guest photo feel personal.

Consider how your company logo, party colors, and theme will work together. A thoughtful layout helps the photos feel like they belong to your celebration.

Make room for a 360 moment

Our 360 Video Booth was part of the “Jingle & Mingle” Holiday Social at Fort Hood, which was called Fort Cavazos at the time. The Fort Cavazos Spouses’ Club hosted the celebration.

Bring the 360 experience into the venue conversation early. Confirm room for the platform, the moving camera arm, lighting, and guests waiting their turn. Plan around dinner, speeches, and dancing so guests have time to enjoy it.

Make appreciation part of the celebration

At The Mission Soup Kitchen’s volunteer appreciation celebration, guests posed together with Christmas props and personalized holiday layouts. For your own appreciation event, a message of thanks can become part of the photo layout.

Plan for the way the evening will flow

Put the experience where guests can find it without blocking an entrance or serving line. Share your timeline, including welcome remarks, awards, or presentations. Confirm setup access, power, the booth location, guest count, and the hours you want the experience available.

Let someone else welcome guests to the experience

Amethyst Star Ventures experiences are professionally hosted by our Event Ambassadors. They welcome guests, guide participation, and help keep the experience moving so you can enjoy the celebration.

Decide what guests will keep

Think about what you want guests to leave with. It might be a digital photo, a video clip, a printed portrait, or a photo keepsake. Photo keychains, magnets, and photo ornaments can give a holiday image another life after the party. Ask which options fit your experience and guest count.

Put the guest experience on the calendar

Once your date and venue are set, share your guest count, venue city, event hours, and the kind of celebration you want to create. Whether you are planning a company holiday party in Killeen, a team celebration in Temple, or an appreciation gathering in the Austin area, we can help you choose an experience that fits your guests.
