There are grand openings, and then there are celebrations where everyone becomes part of the experience. Brohn Homes made its Durango community grand opening one to remember with a clever fall theme: Fall in Latte Love with Homeownership.

At the new Durango model home in Mustang Ridge, Texas, visitors enjoyed coffee, croffles, music and an opportunity to explore the community. Amethyst Star Ventures joined the celebration with two personalized entertainment experiences: an AI photo booth scene featuring Brohnny the Bear and our Live Draw experience. And yes, James and I showed up wearing our latte costumes. When there is a theme, you already know we are going to dress the part!

A Latte With Brohnny the Bear: A Custom AI Photo Booth Experience

For this Brohn Homes grand opening, we created an AI photo experience that fit the Latte Love theme right down to the last sip. Guests posed for a photograph and appeared in a custom scene sharing a latte with Brohnny the Bear, the Brohn Homes mascot.

These personalized images gave guests a fun connection to the celebration and a keepsake tied to the Brohn Homes brand. This is what we love about custom AI photo booth activations: the experience can be designed around the host, the occasion and the story the event is telling.

Live Draw: A Portrait With a Creative Twist

Our Live Draw experience offered guests another way to become part of the fun. Guest photos were transformed into colorful illustrated portraits, creating a unique keepsake from the day.

Pairing Live Draw with an AI photo booth brought variety to the event. One experience let guests share a latte with a beloved mascot; the other turned their own image into artwork. Different styles, same goal: make the moment worth remembering.

Coffee, Croffles, Music and Community Connections

Lemon & Leaf Coffee and Croffles brought the coffee and croffles that made the occasion especially fitting for its name. Vibe 97.1 was also part of the festivities, helping create an inviting atmosphere alongside the other community partners.
