What photo and video experiences do you offer?

Mirror Me and DSLR photo booths; 360 Video Booth; Starla roaming robot; Ring Roamer; Audio Video Guestbook; Video Confessional Booth; Signature Moments; Motion Moments AI video; Music Memory Magnets, photo keychains, and keepsake upgrades; Legacy Portrait Hour; LED Dance Floor; and corporate activations and branded experiences. Packages are built around your event, and we will help you choose the right experience.

Do guests get physical photos or only digital files?

Prints are included with Mirror Me and Starla. The DSLR Photo Booth and Ring Roamer are digital by default unless prints are specifically added to your proposal. The 360 Video Booth produces digital video clips. Every package clearly identifies whether guests receive prints, digital files, videos, recorded messages, or a combination.

Is an Event Ambassador included?

Yes. Every experience includes an Event Ambassador who manages setup, guest flow and technology so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

How long is a typical rental?

Most events book a few hours of booth time. 2-4 hours is common. We can tailor length to your timeline. Share your schedule and we will recommend a fit.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as your date and venue are set. Popular weekends and peak wedding season fill first. Reach out early for the best availability.

Yes. Weddings are a core part of what we do across Central Texas. Couples often mix a photo booth with 360 video, Starla, or an Audio Video Guestbook so guests leave real messages, not just a signature.

Can you do corporate events and company parties?

Absolutely. We support company parties, product launches, client appreciation events and brand activations with clean setups and Event Ambassador guided guest flow.

Ready! Aim! Support Education! A Killeen fundraiser, captured in photos.

On September 26, 2026, Amethyst Star Ventures joined the 8th Annual Bill Yowell Memorial Sporting Clays Classic in support of the Killeen ISD Education Foundation. Ready! Aim! Support Education! was more than a slogan. Teams, volunteers, sponsors and guests came together for a Central Texas fundraiser centered on opportunities for Killeen ISD students and educators. The day in photos:

From the view over the sporting clays course to the gathering around the sponsor banner and awards, the event gave us plenty to remember. Our staffed DSLR photo booth offered individual portraits, three pose layouts and animated GIFs in the event frame. Guests also tried sporting clays inspired AI portraits. The GIFs had the younger crowd moving, while framed portraits gave everyone a keepsake to take home.
